MIA. reviennent.
MIA. "Tanz Der Molekuele"
MIA. "Komm mein Mädchen"
MIA. "Kill for you"
MIA. return, not the English one but a Berlin-based band I discovered years ago thanks to indie webfriends who knows my taste for cutie German who sing dancing rock.
Their albums are not perfect but often give some stand-out disco punk tracks in a similar vein of Metric for example, someway better.

i´m sorry to tell you that the german band mia is famous for their right-wing lyrics. smash nazi scum!
I know the controversy on their song about pride to be German but they ain't that wrong, are they ?
hm, i can't really follow.
i know their music but i can not recall any right-wing lyrics
at all!
which song(s) are you refering to??
I'm german so i understand the lyrics of mia very well and i never heard some right-wing lyrics from them.
I'm from Germany, too...and I think they referr to "Was es ist" .. some parts of the lyrics:
"Und betreten neues deutsches land"
"Bin nicht mehr fremd in meinem land"
such and more stuff is in the lyrics...I don't think its right-winged...but some people might think it....
the band mia is a good example of the new german wave of nationalism; they are 100 % right-wing! as a result to their attitude they were attacked several times on stage by the leftwingpeople.
Mia is NOT RIGHT WING AT ALL!. Still, it is true that they were attacked by left-wing people.
It is important to know that left-wingers in Germany are often very narrowminded, without any humour and rigid in their judgments. Mia was accused of being nationalistic by these people for saying "that they (Mia) don't feel strange in their country anymore". Hardly nationalistic.
It seems that the main goal of leftwingers is to feel miserable and spoil the joy of other people out of jealousy.
